Short riding tours

Booking

Please use our booking form to check availability for the date and time of your choice or contact us by email or phone. For bookings at short notice (departure in under 48 hours) please call us at (+354) 7721299. We’ll contact you by email or phone to confirm your desired time and date of departure or suggest alternatives.

Cancellation

Up to 48 hours prior to departure, you can cancel your short riding tour free of charge. If you cancel within 48 hours, full charges apply.

Once you have decided to participate in the tour and we have agreed on the details, you are kindly asked to secure your booking by making a (down) payment. If the total amount due exceeds € 1,000.-, we require a down payment of 25% to reserve your place in the tour. If the final sum is less than € 1,000.-, the full amount is due in order to confirm your booking. If you have made a down payment, the balance is due no later than 4 weeks prior to the agreed departure.

Cancellation

You can cancel your tour by e-mail or phone. Cancellations usually include an administration cost of € 100,-. If the cancel-lation is received later than 4 weeks prior to departure, 25% of the tour price is charged. If the cancellation is received later than 2 weeks prior to departure, 50% of the tour price is charged. If you cancel later than 48 hours prior to departure, the full tour price will be charged.
